About the role:

As the Finance Assistant, you will be is responsible in keeping track of the company's finances, directly assists the Accountant by encoding financial data and preparing financial reports, provides support to the company's day-to-day operations by recording and processing financial transactions, and helps verify the details of all expenses made by employees and managers and ensures strict compliance to internal Finance policies and procedures. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Customer Master Maintenance. 
  • Ensuring that all Invoices & collections claims are properly recorded and on time. 
  • Accounts Receivable reconciliation and interacting with customers to resolve outstanding issues. 
  • Matching of payment to invoice. 
  • Reconciling A/R to the G/L. 
  • Identifying & executing the necessary process adjustments. 
  • Coding, checking and data entry of 100+ AP invoices daily Obtain appropriate approvals. Communicating with internal teams regarding AP/Invoices discrepancies. 
  • Monitoring AP email inbox. 
  • Assisting in the Accounts Reconciliation of all accounts and balance sheets. 
  • Assisting in Accounts Payable Activities 
  • Assisting in accounts receivable activities including revenue recognition. 
  • Interpreting & applying accounting policies, rules, & regulation to ensure compliance w/ applicable standards. 
  • Preparing, validating, and filing of BIR Forms such as 2550M, 2550Q,1601-E and 1601F. 
  • Assisting in monthly checking of P&L reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, General Ledger etc. 
  • Other Finance tasks assigned by the Accountant from time to time.
