Medical Staffer
Qualifications:
โ Any Bachelorโs Degree holder in the Medical Field (i.e. Nursing, Psychology) preferred or any HR related course
โ Good communication skills (lively and pleasing over the phone)
โ Willing to work Shifting Schedules and possible 12 hours weekend work
โ Willing to work in Makati City if needed
โ High level of attention to detail
Tasks & Responsibilities:
โ Staffs or schedules nurse to different facilities AM and PM staffing
โ Enters detail of the nurses and their shifts in the system
โ Coordinates with payroll and credentialing
โ Fills the needs of the facilities (per diem) medical and non-medical facilities based on a nurse registry
โ Answers all the inquiries of nurses, clients, and facilities
โ Schedules Charting System training for the new nurses
