Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
- With superior English communication skills.
- Resourceful, persevering and determined to succeed.
- Amenable to work at night.
- Must be willing to work in Makati for the 1 month training period
Job Duties:
- Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US
- Covers different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Formats resumes meeting clientsโ expectations
- Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement
- Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients
