Your role

• Accounting of hard copies received.
• Identify the owner of loose receipts and employees who has not submitted hard copies.
• Input hard copies received in the system (EMS).
• Monitoring and identification of employees who have not submitted hard copies.
• Application of barcode sticker.
• Transmittal of hard copies to offsite storage.

About you

• Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree.
• Open to Senior High School Graduates and College Fresh Graduates.
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience an in Admin role. (Manual Accounting and filing of hard copies).
• Good Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office tools and applications.
• Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong City.
