Your role

• Respond to calls and resolve Tier 1 queries based on available guides and reference materials.
•  Log ticket  for calls received that are case-specific and assigned to the proper Assignment group.
• Track calls received and report metrics.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets assigned to the Philippines and respond to Tier 1 queries based on available FAQs.
• Assign case-specific queries to the proper POC and/or re-assign to them e proper Assignment group.

About you

• Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Must have an experience in the following:  Customer Relations Experience or Travel Support Experience. 
• Good Communication Skills.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set up.
• Work Location: Boni, Mandaluyong City.
