Your role

• Transactional process for Benefits and Compensation Admin including but not limited to request or claim validation, updating request/claim status update using internal tools, coordination with 3rd party vendor, participation in UAT/audit, brown bag session, paper archiving, employee clearance, etc.
• Handle Tier 1 tickets.
• Attend weekly calls related to process.
• Update metrics (Efficiency, utilization, capacity utilization, system downtime, FTE availability), and articulate internal tools.
• Serve as Focal Person for other project initiatives.
• Other Adhoc report.
