• Ensure security events are reviewed, addressed, and closed within a prescribed timeframe.
• Keep all tracking and recording tools current and updated with the required information at all times.
• Effectively work and collaborate with a global team.
• Organize workflow, ensuring that team members understand their duties and assigned tasks.
• Train newer team members and monitor team productivity and attendance.
• Create and update team processes and documentation, as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred
• Basic knowledge regarding computers/networking.
• Average problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Strong sense of ethics & values, ability to handle confidential situations with discretion
• Must be able to work collaboratively across physical locations or geographies
