Your role
You will be responsible for assisting with project management and administrative tasks on projects run in multiple countries across the world, including the setup, management, and closure.
You will maintain the information in the grants management system (Salesforce), ensuring that due diligence is complete, and documented and all reporting is up-to-date and accurate.
You will be involved in the tracking of pro-bono project status, deliverables, and outputs and pulling together management summaries as necessary, which may be used for governance meetings.
You will be responsible for tracking and managing project finances and financial reconciliation where required.
You will communicate with people and manage activities across multiple geographies, both with internal people and external non-profit partners
You will have experience of volunteering either in CSR or the non-profit sector and be passionate about working in social impact.

About you
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3-6 months of related experience in university or socio-civic organizations is a plus
Experience in community engagement activities, or managing projects within an organization
Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience working in virtual global teams.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse groups of people.
Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Financial tracking and management skills and analytical mindset
Passion for social impact and a genuine commitment to corporate citizenship
