Your role

Accenture Philippines is seeking talented individuals to join their team as their HR Service Delivery New Associate in Quezon City.

The HR analyst is responsible for all HR transactions including onboarding to offboarding procedures, data management, handling & resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer support.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with client team to draft offer letters for new external candidates and transfering letters for internal candidates
  • Ensuring that letters are generated promptly per the agreed process which includes verifying that all details match the system
  • Ensuring that all details within the system are reconciled for accuracy and conduct reviews to identify if there are any discrepancies between systems; follow up with the client team to correct these as required
  • Managing employee data and ensure all information in the system is accurate
  • Focusing on the accurate and timely execution of requests from employees and clients
  • Managing employee files ensuring documents are scanned, indexed, and filed in correct file. Create new files and folders as necessary
  • Providing first level functional support to customers needing assistance

About you

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Excellent communication skills & customer service attitude essential  
  • Must have effective time management skills to ensure duties are handled successfully, and works at minimal supervision
  • Computer skills including MS Office applications, prior experience in working in ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Workday are an advantage
