Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Review, classify, and remove content per client guidelines.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues.
• Advocate for the user community.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training programs and discussions.
• Handle sensitive topics to ensure community safety.
• Perform data entry and research in various systems.
• Audit data entry for accuracy and conduct data verification.
• Respond to information requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Review mobile and gaming apps for quality.
• Assist in compliance inquiries and maintain internal materials.

About You

Candidates should have:

• A college degree or 2 years with 18 months of BPO experience.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work in various shifts and locations.
