Your role & responsibilities

• Processing Analyst responds to customer inquiries or completes routine administrative processing requests via multiple access channels including service requests via Service Now, email, call, and Teams.  
• Document transactions according to established process documentation and/or as required based on business requirements. Enhance and improve operational workflow and performance.
• Resolve discrepancies and/or disputes according to established processes and policies.
• Provide insights on transaction trends such as but not limited to, usual requests or inquiries, customer behaviors, and internal or cross-functional process changes impact.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree.
• With 0-1 Year of related experience in handling transactions type of work.

• Demonstrated, well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
