Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage accounts receivable and resolve customer queries and disputes.
• Perform cash applications and maintain service level agreements.
• Research unapplied payments and collaborate with customers to resolve issues.
• Drive process improvements and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Conduct complex reconciliations on customer payments.
• Address system discrepancies with technical teams.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting as a Major Subject.
• Good communication skills and experience in time-critical processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Flexibility to work shifts and under pressure.
• Strong cash applications background and reconciliation skills.
• This is open for fresh graduates of a college degree.
