The Customer Service Associate (CSSA) provides efficient and accurate service for clients' banking needs, aligning with the Bank's service excellence goals.
Responsibilities include processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other miscellaneous tasks.
The CSSA assists with activities like scanning and filing bank documents.
They review check transactions and verify the authenticity of notes.
The role involves cross-selling to existing clients and referring clients interested in other bank products.
The CSSA is expected to consistently deliver a WOW Customer Experience and perform additional tasks as assigned.
About You
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field.
No prior work experience is required, though customer service experience is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
A high level of initiative and innovation is expected.
The ability to work well with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds is important.
Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within Paranaque, Las Pinas, or Pasay is required.
