Your responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Achieves the firm’s customer service objectives by responding to client queries, concerns, and problems according to the firm’s policies and standards
Contributes to the firm’s objectives by providing necessary assistance to customers and colleagues alike
Handles client complaints, inquiries, and requests from Siebel (as needed)
Interacts with clients to provide information on the firm’s products and services via phone, chat, email, or any point of contact (i.e., face-to-face, Twitter, private message)
Ensures that important notices are sent in a timely manner, as required via phone, chat, email, and other points of contact (face-to-face, Twitter, private message, etc.)
Contact clients included in the Past Due report sent by the Cash Settlements team and ensure that communication, collection, and recommendation for account suspension are provided in a timely manner
Monitors and conducts the eKYC for clients submitting account opening requests/maintenance via the BPI Trade Applications mailbox
Handles the enrollment of NoCD for BPI Trade clients with REIT transactions
Ensures timely posting of announcements on the BPI Trade website
