Your responsibilities

• Posting on different job posting platforms
• Pre-screening candidates
• Administering exams
• Implementing a good relationship with line managers
• Interviewing candidates
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to training and development.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity, including data entry and updates.
• Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Integrate data from various sources and create visualizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs.
• Integrate data from various sources, such as HR systems, learning management systems (LMS), and surveys, to create a comprehensive view of learning and development activities.

Training & development

BPI has a wide array of training programs and activities. They use a blended learning approach that includes workshops, coaching/mentoring, instructor-led training sessions, and web-based training courses. 

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.
• Sales officers training programs - advanced leadership programs for officers.
• Courses on financial advisory, and programs designed to help employees comply with regulatory requirements, among others.

Compensation & benefits

Prosple estimated salary is Php 18,000 to Php 25,000 per month. Some of the benefits may include:

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Being a registered psychometrician is an advantage
• Available to start immediately
• Open to fresh graduates

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2x WFH, 3x Onsite)
• Office Location: BPI Buendia Center, Makati
