Your role

The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Marketing Officer in the implementation of marketing initiatives based on the Corporate Banking Segment’s approved marketing and business strategies, to help the segment achieve its business goals of generating loan and deposit volumes, cross-selling various corporate products, and increasing revenue.

Training & development

BPI has a wide array of training programs and activities. They use a blended learning approach that includes workshops, coaching/mentoring, instructor-led training sessions, and web-based training courses. 

• Officers training programs - which initiate new officers into their leadership roles.
• Sales officers training programs - advanced leadership programs for officers.
• Courses on financial advisory, and programs designed to help employees comply with regulatory requirements, among others.

Compensation & benefits

According to Glassdoor, the salary estimate is PHP 20,000 to PHP 30,000 per month. Some of the benefits may include:

About you

• College graduate from a reputable school; ideal courses are Marketing, Advertising, and related courses
• Preferably has experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Events Management, and/or PR;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
