They encode applications in the Account Tracking System for monitoring and checking the completeness of loan applications, ensuring they are properly filled out and signed.
Pre-screened applications are endorsed to Credit Services for evaluation, and the individual coordinates any additional requirements needed for credit evaluation.
They communicate the decision of loan applications to clients, whether approved or rejected.
The role includes preparing computations for registration expenses, GFSP, and fire insurance premiums, and relaying this information to clients.
They prepare Offering Memos for any changes in approved loan terms and pre-booking requirements for the release of proceeds.
About You
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
They must have a good command of oral and written language and be computer literate.
Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships are essential.
