Operational Risk Program Officer null

Lead the development and management of operational risk policies and methods, ensuring alignment with risk management principles and regulatory compliance.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Support the implementation of the Bank’s framework for operational risk manuals.
• Formulate and review operational risk-related Bank manuals.
• Facilitate the publication and dissemination of approved manuals.
• Conduct the Annual Policy Review for assigned business units.
• Review operational risk assessments for product implementations and policy deviations.
• Promote awareness of the Bank’s manuals.
• Prepare materials for manual approvals and report submissions to Senior Management and Board Committees.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Communications, Organizational Management, Decision Sciences, or Information Technology.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Background in Banking, Risk Management, Compliance, or Bank Support Services.
