Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Co-create performance management strategies with the PM lead.
- Update monitoring sheets for activities like goal setting and performance appraisals.
- Ensure timely submission of goals and appraisal ratings in HRIS (RHEA).
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for various meetings.
- Co-design and facilitate performance management workshops.
- Develop communication plans for feedback campaigns and other activities.
- Support the Annual BPI Excellence Awards.
- Co-administer the Performance Management Module in RHEA.
- Analyze performance data to enhance projects and programs.
- Guide employees on performance management processes.
- Participate in other OD-led programs and activities.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Proficiency in CANVA or Adobe.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong MS Office capabilities.
- Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
- Data literacy and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in program/project management.
