Your responsibilities

Provides production and system support to business/operations users of the assigned application system/s. Provides documentation procedures for application handled.

Main Accountabilities:

• Supports projects and business as usual and other related initiatives for supported system applications
• Ensures accurate and complete testing of assigned projects and maintenance requests
• Ensures timely delivery and deployment of all assigned projects and maintenance requests
• Ensures efficient safekeeping and organizing of files, forms, and other related documents softcopy or otherwise
• Ensures periodic review and inventory of project-related equipment
• Provides timely updates to the project officer or SPD head on the progress of assigned projects, maintenance, or incident resolution when necessary
• Other responsibilities assigned by the project officer or SPD head when necessary
