Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Reviews personnel requisitions to ensure business requirements are clear and sourcing is effective.
- Develops and utilizes various applicant sources, creates job postings, and maintains relationships with educational institutions.
- Assesses and implements selection methodologies, manages external service providers, and ensures compliance with hiring policies.
- Designs and updates screening and selection processes aligned with the bank’s culture and values.
- Manages and mentors staff, ensuring timely processing of applications from sourcing to job offer.
- Conducts job offers, negotiates compensation, and updates hiring managers and candidates on application status.
- Handles internal job postings and employee transfer requests, resolving recruitment issues as needed.
- Prepares and submits regular reports on hiring status and organizes meetings with assigned accounts.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent training in recruitment.
- Strong skills in developing recruitment strategies and managing selection processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
