Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Reviews and recommends policy revisions for compensation and benefits.
  • Conducts research and industry surveys to formulate recommendations on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Participates in evaluating integration and merger issues for organizational alignment.
  • Oversees promotion processes and recommends new systems for transaction efficiency.
  • Evaluate salary adjustments for promotions and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Prepares compensation reports for management decision-making.
  • Develops and administers employee compensation programs, including performance bonuses and stock programs.
  • Evaluates job plans to establish equity among roles.
  • Prepares Hiring Package Analysis for competitive pay and internal equity.
  • Coordinates with Labor Relations for compliance with legislated increases.
  • Administers HR programs for overseas personnel, including salary increases and contract renewals.
  • Develops packages for retirees and assists in employment terms administration.
  • Supervises and motivates staff for optimal productivity.
