Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Responsible for short-term planning for the center.
- Handles the creation and maintenance of quarterly schedule bids and regular schedules.
- Adjusts staffing for holidays.
- Maintains the weekly IDP showing projected volume, staffing, and shrinkage.
- Manages time based on daily and interval trends.
- Oversees real-time monitoring, reports, and workstation assignments.
- Maintains Workforce-related systems such as CMS, Verint, Workgenda, Salesforce, and Talkdesk.
- Prepares dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Office applications, and RPA.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Expertise in using Power Apps, particularly Power BI.
- A leadership background in Workforce Management.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in scheduling and forecasting.
- Capacity planning skills.
