Your role
Batch Processing and Monitoring (70%)
- Monitor the online application systems;
- Monitor the status of the application processes;
- Perform the end-of-day batch for various application systems based on the process log;
- Perform regular tasks as assigned by the shift lead.
Request and Incident Handling (20%)
- Resolve assigned requests in a timely manner consistent with approved policies and procedures;
- Escalate and report to proper support groups for any problems encountered during monitoring and batch processing;
- Escalate issues and requests in accordance with the policy and procedure;
- Update users and support groups regarding the status of escalated problems.
Other Functions (10%)
- Participate in training programs and section/team meetings;
- Recommend changes and improvements to process logs;
- Monitor the status of hardware and environment;
- Ensure security of servers/equipment inside the data center server room;
- Perform routine checking on all assigned machines and equipment;
- Conduct user acceptance testing;
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

About you
- Bachelor's degree preferably in BS Computer Science or related course
- Experience working in the same capacity is preferred but not mandatory
- Possesses the following technical skills; Knowledge of relevant operating systems
- Possesses the following behavioral skill
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to change in a hectic and past-faced work environment
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance
- Positive approach to solving problems; Strong customer service orientation
- Sharp eye for detail and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and (written/verbal) communication skills
- Able to assess critical incidents with business, financial and operational impacts
- Willing to work on 24 x 7 shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned at Makati or Greenhills
