In my role as a Marketing and Loyalty Specialist at Belo Medical Group, my day-to-day responsibilities are quite diverse. I participate in marketing meetings where we strategize and align on upcoming campaigns and initiatives. Handling promotions is a significant part of my role, which includes everything from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis. I also cascade memos to ensure that all team members are informed about new promotions or updates. I manage clinic inquiries to address any questions or concerns that arise, ensuring smooth communication and operations. Scheduling email blasts is another key responsibility, as it helps us reach our target audience effectively. Additionally, I play a role in attending events and ensuring that our VIP clients are well taken care of through strong partnerships. Overall, my role is dynamic, requiring me to be both creative and detail-oriented to ensure our marketing efforts are successful.
