Salary at Belo Medical Group

I'm not quite satisfied with my pay at the moment, but I believe that as I gain more knowledge and experience, my pay will increase. My focus is on developing my skills, which I hope will lead to better compensation in the future.

I can’t really say much about it because I’m still in probationary, there’s not much of a benefits yet.

I’m satisfied with my pay, but I believe there’s room for improvement. The compensation is fair for my role and responsibilities, but there are always opportunities to enhance it further. Overall, I appreciate the salary but would welcome any future adjustments or increases.

As a fresh graduate, this is my first job and I don't have any experience despite of that the company still offers good salary and bonuses. the benefits they provide are competitive and satisfactory.

As a probationary employee, I usually don't have access to the benefits of the company so I am looking forward to be regularize.

I believe that the pay should be equivalent on the tasks and responsibilities of the employees.
