Working Hours at Belo Medical Group

My work hours are generally regular, but my company offers flexibility. I can adjust my schedule when needed, which helps maintain a good work-life balance.

I’m fine with the working hours it’s just that it’s hard to adjust sometimes because we don’t have a constant schedule.

I’m quite satisfied with the average number of hours I spend working. The hybrid setup, where I work from home on Mondays and Thursdays and go on-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, provides a good balance. It allows me to stay productive while also having the flexibility to manage my time effectively. This arrangement helps maintain a healthy work-life balance, making the workload more manageable and sustainable.

my work hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, during tax season I may need to work additional hours to meet deadlines. Our company offers flexibility in work hours, allowing employees to adjust their schedules to better balance personal and professional commitments.

We work for 10 hours, I think quite not normal. Hoping we could bring bring back the 8 hour working hours.

When it comes to work hours, it is a compressed set-up. On Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6pm while 8 am to 5pm on Friday. I am very satisfied with this work schedule because it will give me time to spend the weekend with my family and time to rest.

Working hours is 8 am - 6 pm, there are still departments that offers work from home set up. This is also one of the benefits when you are working here.
