Job Summary:
The role is mainly responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, providing first aid to concerned employees and to assist in the team in select HR-related administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic healthcare needs to employees including administering first aid where needed and evaluating employeesโ overall health
- Manage medicines inventory including its administration
- Facilitate in contacting emergency/lifeline service providers to bring sick employees to the nearest medical facility
- Coordinating with the HMO provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees and dependents
- Provide assistance on HMO-related services as needed
- Conduct verification of medical certificates including compliance and authenticity
- Prepare and submit reports as required by DOLE
- Work closely with the Support Departments to raise healthcare awareness in the office
- Perform tasks and other functions assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Requirements
- Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Must be a Registered Nurse
- Completed BOSH training for nurses is preferred
- At least 6 months of related experience as Company Nurse
- Strong English communication skills (Reading, Written & Spoken)
- Detail-oriented, Professional and Goal-Oriented
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in working with GSuite and MS Office
- Should have a valid First Aid Training certification
- Preferably with valid IV training certification
- Must be willing to report in our Headquarters (Makati City), Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
