Job Summary:

The role is mainly responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, providing first aid to concerned employees and to assist in the team in select HR-related administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic healthcare needs to employees including administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees’ overall health
• Manage medicines inventory including its administration
• Facilitate in contacting emergency/lifeline service providers to bring sick employees to the nearest medical facility
• Coordinating with the HMO provider to set up annual exams and physicals for all employees and dependents
• Provide assistance on HMO-related services as needed
• Conduct verification of medical certificates including compliance and authenticity
• Prepare and submit reports as required by DOLE
• Work closely with the Support Departments to raise healthcare awareness in the office
• Perform tasks and other functions assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Requirements

• Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Must be a Registered Nurse
• Completed BOSH training for nurses is preferred
• At least 6 months of related experience as Company Nurse
• Strong English communication skills (Reading, Written & Spoken)
• Detail-oriented, Professional and Goal-Oriented
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in working with GSuite and MS Office
• Should have a valid First Aid Training certification
• Preferably with valid IV training certification
• Must be willing to report in our Headquarters (Makati City), Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
