Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Analyze conversion, revenue, and spending per passenger for ancillary products based on various parameters.
  • Recommend optimization initiatives for ancillary products using analyzed data.
  • Coordinate with Ancillary Managers on product plans and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Analytics on monitoring and improving the Ancillary Pricing Optimization dashboard.
  • Utilize APO module and dashboards for data analysis.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations on optimization efforts.
  • Consult with Navitaire for data analysis and comparison.
  • Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Math, or a related field.
  • Experience in Revenue Management, especially in airline-specific revenue management, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Statistical/Economic Analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Analytical and mathematical proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, with a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
