Internal Communications provides strategic and proactive communications support that aligns with the communications strategies being executed within the Marketing Communications Department, in particular, coordinates the activities, manages information, and assists in the operations of the Corporate Communications Unit relating to key internal stakeholders such as the employee population as well as the Bank's senior management team. He or she will be responsible for proactively building and managing these relationships across a range of levels and business functions to plan and execute engaging and effective internal communications strategies, messages, and tactics that contribute to the achievement of China Bank's goals.
