The Management Training Program (MTP) is a one-year extensive development course for talented individuals who have the potential to take on leadership roles. The program provides academic/classroom and hands-on training in the major areas of banking: Treasury, Trust, and Private Banking. Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Branch Banking, and Cash Management. Their senior officers mentor Management Trainees to ensure they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in operations, sales, and marketing, in preparation for their assignment as future officers of China Bank.
