Your responsibilities

• Responsible for processing applications and maintenance requests for the Bank's various electronic delivery channels received from branches.
• Responsible for providing direct service and assistance to branch personnel, account holders, and cardholders on inquiries and requests related to the various electronic delivery channels.

About you

Minimum requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

Required skills:

• Excellent research analytical and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis and equity valuation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently whether independently or within a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• With a typing speed of 40 WPM, a high rate of accuracy, file management skills, and interpersonal skills.
• No work experience required.
• Willing to work in Makati.
