Management Training Program (Rolling Intake)

Your role

China Bank Philippines is looking for a Management Training Program who will handle the following key responsibilities:

• The Management Training Program (MTP) is a one-year extensive development course for talented individuals who have the potential to take on leadership roles.
• The program provides academic/classroom and hands-on training in the major areas of banking.
• Treasury, Trust, and Private Banking, Consumer Banking, Institutional Banking, Branch Banking, and Cash Management.
• Senior officers mentor Management Trainees to ensure they acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in operations, sales, and marketing, in preparation for their assignment as future officers of China Bank.

About you

Successful candidates possess below qualifications:

New Applicants:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree courses related to:
• Business, Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Data Analytics/Science, Information Technology and other highly technical and specialized fields
• Graduated with academic distinctions and/or honors or with master's degree
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• With leadership experience from any school organization is a PLUS
• With keen interest in establishing a career in the banking sector

Already a Chinabanker?

• Non-Officers with less than 5 years of tenure
• With at least 2 Very Good and up rating on the annual performance appraisal
• No active/ pending case
• With recommendation and approval of Division/ Group Head
