2022 Business Development Officer (Area Expansion) (Start ASAP)

• Serve as the area expansion and property management point of contact
• Conduct trade area mapping assessment, site sourcing, research, and seek to understand local market dynamics pertaining to potential new kitchen or current location within Vietnam.
• Select and manage local brokers to implement market strategy and identify sites.
• Conduct thorough sales projection and financial analysis for new sites and, when needed, strategic dilution to existing sites.
• Prepare, tour, and present expansion package to Management for approval.
• Lead/manage/handle lease negotiation and renegotiation; negotiate letters of interest, ground leasers, and potential purchase/agreements in collaboration with Legal Counsel to acceptable company standards.
• Partner with the design, development, and construction teams on site plan, project development, and related timeliness to meet kitchen opening goals as needed.
• Provide professional expertise within the specified market both to internal and external customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in construction management and site acquisition/management, project management and/or equivalent
• Proficient in Office 365 or Google Suite applications
• Licensed Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Accountable to VisMin expansion
• Preferably residents within VisMin or in Manila but travels to VisMin
