2022 Field Operations Manager (Start ASAP)

• Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
• Ensure that equipment and tools are working and in good condition
• When necessary, order and purchase equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards (i.e. cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere)
• Daily communication across many teams (Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Executive Management)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience leading an e-commerce company’s logistics/operations or a large scale, high-frequency food service/food production business
• Familiarity with inventory, warehouse management software and high proficiency with Excel
• At least a graduate of bachelor’s degree in HRIM, business or engineering
