2021 Inventory Officer (Start ASAP)

• Drive availability of products for sale through the proper supply and inventory-keeping in the kitchens
• Monitor availability of inventory in warehouse and commissary matched to the delivery lead times of transfers for central locations
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages in the kitchens while ensuring compliance with food quality and safety to provide quality customer service through the food
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Commissary on the status and schedule of deliveries
• Ensure warehouse and kitchen storage cleanliness, correct storage, and smooth inventory handling
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on inventory movement and quality

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business course
• Experience: At least 2 years experience in warehouse and inventory, preferably in an FMCG, retail, or F&B industry
• Tech savvy; proficient in Google Apps (i.e. GSheet)
• Startup mindset
• Can work in an agile environment, 24x7 shifting operations (6-day workweek)
• Willing to physically report to the office in San Juan NCR
