Commercial Operations

• Online operations management (daily platform monitoring, ratings tracking and analysis)
• Reputation management
• In-charge of handling social media accounts of the brand/s assigned
• Assist the Commercial Team with other projects

Commercial Marketing

• Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. This will include marketing/communication social media graphics, posters, digital billboards, and other marketing materials as needed
• Retouch/manipulate images
• In-charge of handling social media accounts of the brand/s assigned
• Assist the Commercial Team with other projects

Operations

• Inventory and warehouse management
• Logistics and route planning
• Time and motion studies for commissary production
• Assist the operations team in loading data to the system
• Recommend process improvement projects

Finance

• Assist with financial modeling
• Provide general accounting support
• Help with accounts receivable management
• Provide support for the annual budgeting process
• Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
