2022 Recruitment Officer (Start ASAP)

• Source, screen, interview, and assess applications for employment
• Maintain and organize recruitment trackers
• Provide excellent candidate experience
• Update the hiring managers in every recruitment stage
• Build network of recruitment partners
• Participate in on-boarding of new employees
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives

We are looking for graduates of Psychology or Human Resources who have excellent academic records, comfortable working with numbers, tech savvy, creative, and have good English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be driven to excellence, be open to learn, good navigator, curious, and fun to work with.
