Your role 

As a Multimedia Artist, you will design marketing collaterals for the Talent Acquisition team of Concentrix – from print ads, online ads, merchandise designs, animations, videos, etc. You will also be involved in video shoots, photoshoots, and virtual and face-to-face events.

• Designs and develops marketing collaterals for the Talent Acquisition Team 
• Conceptualize designs and visuals based on requirements and branding guidelines 
• Ensures that all marketing requests are submitted on time according to the SLA 
• Ensures that the target number of projects in a month are met with quality and accuracy 
• Maintains minimal/acceptable number of revisions according to the scorecard 
• Partner with our Creative Team members to craft innovative designs and executions 
• Closely works with Content Writers and Project Managers for every client request while keeping Project Managers apprised of work in progress 
• Keep up to date by researching the latest trends, solutions, and related technologies. 
• Shoot company videos and photo coverage during company events or special projects 
• Create new and trendy visuals and executions that would be appealing to the market
