Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Represent IT in front of Site Leaders.
- Coordinate with various portfolio and engineering workgroups.
- Provide telephony support, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades.
- Address technology-related issues for internal and external clients.
- Maintain reports and records of hardware and software inventory.
- Conduct site maintenance and safety checks.
- Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated.
- Resolve trouble tickets and work orders efficiently.
- Test backups for onsite servers.
- Conduct security analysis and apply security controls.
- Manage local change management for infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Oversee remote application and software management.
- Test and recommend business continuity plans.
- Control and manage IT and infrastructure rooms.
- Analyze and manage WIFI access and security.
- Manage video conference room access.
- Implement client and CNX applications.
- Support network data and voice implementation.

- Experience in an IT help desk environment.
- Strong technical skills in multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
