Your role 

  • Research company locations and evaluate industry code information from company websites, industry websites, and BU and LBP sources to determine accurate industry codes for each site and a master industry code that best represents Automation Solutions' overall business with that customer.
  • Review sets of company and contact records identified as potential merges, research anomalies, correct data and perform merges.
  • Perform address standardization using Address Doctor data—Monitor Postal Standards of assigned countries.
  • Review company records and ensure that primary and operational addresses are grouped correctly.
  • Research and the correct company address and other related information that failed the import process to facilitate the manual loading of data in the Global Data Management System (GDM).
  • Create and update company, industry, and custom groupings based on company hierarchies and relationships.
  • Handle requests related to company information modifications.
  • Perform targeted clean-up through data enrichment processes & forms.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance (not limited to) forms/workbenches in the GDM system.
  • Perform thorough system testing for enhancements and new releases of the GDM system. Provide detailed test results to the leads and the POCs.
  • Act as a single point of contact, perform all data reviews and work closely with the account leaders/site team leaders to ensure the accuracy of the company hierarchy and group composition.
  • Provide custom reports not only for the information stored in the GDM System but also in the Oracle Betsy (relating to address, terms, billing/purchasing instructions, tax information, banking details, contacts, Item Master Setup; parent/child, credit check, hierarchy relationships; JDE Buyer Number, Commission/Commodity Code). Write SQL scripts based on the user's requirements.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any business-related fields
  • 0–1-year related work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
