Cooperation and Teamwork - every team member is always willing to help, and that problems or difficulties are discussed seriously but at the same time lightly, making it easier to share insights about work. Socializing - every team member socializes well. When I first came in, they gave me a warm welcome and communicate with me as if I've been with them for a few days already.

Emerson promotes an open communication, work-life balance, career development. I have had a great experience working here for several reasons. Firstly, they offer flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid setup, where we only need to be in the office for at least 8 days a month, which I find it very convenient and supportive of our physical and mental well-being. Secondly, they encouraged open communication through SafePlace initiatives, where employees can voice their concerns and ideas thru surveys and collaboration with their teams and other departments. Lastly, they encourage employees in their career development through trainings and promotions. Emerson also recognizes and celebrates achievements and contributions.
