I am still new at Emerson manila, but I am confident regarding with these issues they are fair, flexible and kind.

I would say that Emerson is fairly dedicated in diversity. People in the company are diverse coming from different backgrounds, religion, and culture. People are also accepted regardless of their sexuality. In fact, there are gender-neutral bathrooms throughout the building. So far, I haven't heard any issues with recruitment, retention, promotion, childcare, and maternity leave.

They offer maternity leave, give referral bonus to successful referral and promotes diversity in the workplace.

Diversity wise, It's very inclusive. No regard for any discriminatory characteristics if you can do the job.

Emerson supports diversity. The company also has community of groups supporting women's, LGBT and others.

For the short period of time that I've been staying in the workplace/office for my internship, I can say that the company does have respect and encourages diversity. I have encountered employees of different races and religions. The company office also has these facilities like the clinic and room for breastfeeding moms. This means that the company really accept the differences the employees have.

I can say that the everyone in Emerson are respectful regardless of the ethnicity, gender, etc.

Emerson promotes diversity among to its employees because they have no specific limits especially when it comes to applicants. They are open to everyone.

Emerson is a safe space away from these kinds of issues.

Emerson ensures equal opportunities to both women and men, which is evident in the numerous women who have had the opportunity to become leaders.

It's a very important to the company that they are understand the employee situation.

In terms of recruitment, they don't discriminate based on whether you are a mother, belong to other ethnic minorities, or identify as LGBT.

I am happy and proud how diverse my company is because I notice that people are free to be who they are. I am glad that there is a fair treatment for all which creates a good and healthy environment where employees can consider their company as home or safe place.

They literally promote diversity in here without discriminating the LGBTQ+ community.

It seems that the company does not have a discrimination with regards on any gender. They also have a lactating room for moms.

I honestly don't know but from what I know, the company has this diversity campaign or program or like a community where employees can join with fellow employees who have the same interests, belief, etc.

They offer classroom type training for applicants who don't have work experience, so they won't experience culture shock.

They don't judge the applicants based on their social background. If the person is willing to learn and seems to be doing their best, they are given a chance.

They widen their market thru different recruitment sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Employee Referrals.

I think about job applications descriptions where they will not overthink or hesitate to apply based on what company is looking for.

They give chances to all applicants even if they have not graduated from prestigious universities.
