Working Hours at Emerson

My working hours are 12nn to 9pm it is not advisable for the commuters however Emerson gave us a choice to return to office for at least 8 days a month, so it is not so hassle at all. Thus, you can also split shift to working from office to working from home, it is very flexible that your time should be manage at your own will.

We practice the BWA (Blended Working Arrangement). There day specific days return to office for collaboration and events and the remaining days of the month, we work from home.

You can take a break anytime of your shift as long as you render your work hours.

My working hours is 11hrs a day. As former intern here in Emerson, they are very flexible when it comes to hours because they have split shift for those employees.

As an intern, it was really flexible on our part. We work 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break and if there is any school matters, we just have to inform our supervisor.

It's been great to experience working a blended work-from-home arrangement. I have only work atleast 16 hours per week in the office and the rest are at home. I haven't experience working late, because as an intern we are not allowed to go beyond 8 hours per day.

Emerson is very flexible when it comes to work hours especially because I'm still currently a student. I just inform my supervisor beforehand if I have any academic-related commitments.

My core shift is 9am to 6pm but my training window hours are from 7am to 9pm. This working hour is fine, and the company is flexible in making things work to give me time and prioritize my school tasks.

The company usually follows the standard 8 working hours. You can adjust your time when you like to do so as long as you'll be working 8 hours.

Emerson has a flexible working hours, with each duty spanning 9 hours, including a 30-minute break and a 1-hour lunch break. They offer various working time zones, such as morning, mid-shift, and night shift. Depending on the team you are working with, they will assign you to a suitable working time, which i find very convenient.

It's convenient, because not too early and they value the time if you need to out early because of your school. It's not pressure like in other companies. And last, the blended set-up is a big help for us, because you don't need to go to the office every day.

The work hours is same with other companies. We work 8hrs a day from Monday to Tuesday.

It is very flexible. I get to go to the office whenever it's most convenient for me. They also offer split-shift, but I haven't tried it yet. Though I'm sure it would be helpful in the future if ever I need it.
