Your role
- Troubleshoot product configuration issues experienced by our users.
- Update business system-related products, including item creation and update, enabling of parts, item attributes, and categories, and application of templates.
- Address basic configurator issues such as rule troubleshooting, publication issues, item commoning, and attribute issues.
- Conduct quality assurance analysis and testing of configurator changes to address actual orders for booking.
- Participate in projects related to the configurator through rule writing, loading, testing, and publication.
Training & development
You will be trained in the development, use, and upkeep of GRC and risk assessment tools. You will support other GRC functions, such as compliance, security awareness, and information security policy development, and assist in the generation of GRC compliance reports. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any Engineering degree with a programming course in the curriculum.
- 1 year of relevant support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic programming principles.
