In this capacity, you will be given the opportunity to leverage on your customer care experience by handling escalated customer contact inquiries and provide meaningful solutions. This gives you a very vital role in shaping the customer's first impression on Emerson and the solutions we offer.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Practice customer advocacy in all manners of work, including proactive communications, problem identification and problem-solving, effective decision making and having a strong sense of urgency on the customer's behalf.
  • Be responsible for order entry based upon all types of incoming, including MRP and customer portal management.
  • Use Open Order reporting for proactive problem identification and resolution, aka., "The Daily Regimen"
  • Ensure the customers' production needs, internal escalations, and communications, where there are at risk due to product availability issues, are covered.
  • Facilitate plant and warehouse communications and coordination.
  • Prepare customer process documentation and maintain internal systems, tools, and reports

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • A degree in any four-year business or behavioral discipline course
  • at least 4 years of relatable Customer Service experience
  • experience in the HVAC industry (a plus)
  • background in offshore service operations is an advantage
  • excellent English comprehension, writing and conversational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
