Analyst Payroll (Rolling Intake)

In this capacity, you will be responsible for processing US and non-US payrolls. You will run the payroll interface, balance and analyze General Ledger figures, and ensure the accuracy of the data extracted from the system. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To run the payroll interface and ensure the accuracy of data extracted from the system.
• To process interfaces, balance and analyze General Ledger figures, and report to St. Louis counterparts for any discrepancies or abnormal highs and lows.
• To ensure that the payroll calculations are accurate.
• To maintain and update employee records and tax information.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Related experience in a shared services industry (Payroll or HR processing).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English written and oral communication skills.
