2021/2022 Senior IT Integration Analyst (Rolling Intake)

WHAT YOU DO
In this role, you will be collaborating with client teams, solutions consultants, business analysts, technicians, architects, subject matter experts, quality assurance analysts and mobility professionals to implement and support integrations between our software and external systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have strong English communication skills, a natural drive and ability to understand the larger business problems to solve, and a strong ability to communicate technical concerns to non-technical people.
• Have earned a degree in a technical or business-related discipline (or have equivalent work experience.)
• Have general consulting skills (meeting with clients, clarifying needs, explaining options, suggesting solutions, documenting decisions.)
• Four or more years of professional IT experience supporting software development, implementation or systems integration including:
• Two years of experience in a client support or other externally facing role
• Experience mapping data sets and structures
• Experience troubleshooting technical work products (identifying issues, checking logs, reviewing code, researching, performing fixes, documenting findings)
• A general understanding of Project Management principles

NICE TO HAVE

• Systems integration-specific skills and experience including:
• Experience with web services/APIs, JSON and other integration concepts and technologies
• Familiarity with database concepts, data transformation technologies, or experience querying SQL databases
• Experience working with middleware, ETL or iPaaS applications to connect systems and transform data
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP, PeopleSoft and Workday.
• Experience in expatriate assignment management, global mobility, tax services or immigration services.
