- Manages, arranges and monitors hearing and/or meeting schedules for all lawyers;
- Handles and routes all calls for the Legal Department;
- Handles all internal communications, service of notices, letters, pleadings, as well as routing of all matters for approval (Finance, HR, Admin, etc);
- Handles transportation requests and/or official business travel for lawyers;
- Manages office supplies for the Legal Department.
