Your role
Liaising with global fund issuers, fund administrators, and custodians in marketing, operations, fund administration, and technology to arrange centralized and consistent feed by making outbound phone calls.
Working with external fund data providers to align fund data and file format along with FactSet’s standard file format.
Analyzing incoming files to ensure correct format and content.
Cataloguing content for all incoming files in the FactSet database.
Communicating with various internal departments.
Monitoring the consistency and timeliness of the deliveries to the Fund Contribution mailbox and/or FTP.
Handling and resolving internal and external client requests (workflow tasks) related to Fund Contribution.
Mapping fields, formats, and headers in files from asset managers.
Assisting with technical set-up and validation for FTP and email delivery processes.

About you
Background in Mutual Funds or Exchange Traded Products data a plus.
Project Management skills a plus.
4-year degree in Finance, Communications, or any related field.
Must be willing to work on rotational shifts to cover one of the 3 key markets: APAC, EMEA, and North America.
Candidate must be good at multi-tasking and is organized, focused, diligent, and can work under tight deadlines.
Understand and support existing and new data types including holdings, NAVs, shares outstanding, distributions, and metadata.
In-depth research on regulators, InstMas, PortMas, TS Editor, Docs, shared inbox, and FTP server issues.
Call asset managers/custodians to explain procedures and resolve accuracy issues.
Works well in a fast-paced environment involving high-profile projects and FactSet key clients & partners.
Understands financial data, calculations, raw data mapping, data testing, and validation.
Capable of working autonomously, in a team, and with external clients.
Excellent English language proficiency both spoken and written.
Candidate must be an outstanding communicator and could handle cold calls with prospects or contributors.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.
